How It Works
1. Make Your Order
You can place your order from the products available directly on my website, or you can contact me with an item number and details (size/color) from one of our supported brands.
If you have any questions about sizing, colors, or materials, feel free to contact me at any time. I would be more than happy to help provide additional information to ensure its the perfect product for your and your horse!
2. Order Verification
Within 24 hours of placing your order, all products will be verified as available from the manufacturer. If something is not available, you will be contacted and it will be removed from your order. I can even verify product availability as soon as it’s placed into your cart. If you’re interested in a product that you don’t see on my website, all you have to do is email the item number and details to info@topnotchtack.com and I’ll do my best to get it for you.
3. Your Order is Placed
If your item is in-stock in Maryland, it will ship out within 1-2 business day.
If your item needs to be imported, orders are sent to the manufacturer as soon as possible, or within a few days if client orders are combined.
HKM manufacturer orders will typically be placed Sunday evenings.
Kavalkade manufacturer orders will be placed Thursday evening.

4. Receive Your Products
Good things come to those who wait. Items coming from the warehouse are sent out within 7 to 10 business days on average. All products are sent via USPS priority mail or first-class mail. Keep an eye out for an email with a tracking number. You’ll receive your new tack in just 1 to 3 business days after they’ve been shipped.
